Prohibition of Unauthorized Email Collection

Unauthorized collection of email addresses displayed on this website using email harvesting programs or other technical devices is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in criminal penalties under applicable laws.

1. Email Address Protection Policy

HUA Labs prohibits the unauthorized collection of email addresses in accordance with Article 50-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Korea).

2. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Automated collection of email addresses using harvesting software
  • Web crawling or scraping for email addresses
  • Any technical means of unauthorized email collection
  • Commercial use of collected email addresses
  • Collection of email addresses for spam purposes

3. Legal Basis

Unauthorized email collection may violate:

  • Information and Communications Network Act - Article 50-2
  • Personal Information Protection Act - Article 71
  • Copyright Act - Article 136

4. Penalties

Violations may result in:

  • Criminal penalties: Up to 1 year imprisonment or fines up to KRW 10 million
  • Administrative fines: Up to KRW 30 million
  • Civil liability: Compensation for damages
